As the founder of Ink & Grace, I’ve had the honor of sharing my knowledge with hundreds of students, helping them build confidence, skill, and lasting success in their PMU careers.

My tutoring programs are built on personal experience and hard-earned knowledge. What I teach isn’t just theory — it’s a carefully crafted system born from years of challenges, mistakes, growth, and breakthroughs. I openly share the real secrets and essential lessons I’ve learned — especially the ones that address the struggles most PMU artists face but few talk about.

Your second day is about observing, learning from real-life application, and creating your own certified model work under guidance.

Activities Include:

Live Demonstration by Trainer:
Watch a full procedure from start to finish (either brows or lips), including consultation, design, pre-drawing, technique, aftercare, and final photography. Every step is explained as it happens, offering a behind-the-scenes look into a professional PMU session. -
Student Exam Work on Model:
Under close supervision, you'll perform a full procedure on your own model. This is your opportunity to apply everything you’ve learned, with support and feedback in real time.
Tutoring Day 1

Theory & Hands-on Practice on Latex :
Your first day is dedicated to building a solid theoretical foundation and developing your technique through hands-on practice. -
Fundamentals of Facial and Skin Anatomy:
Understand the structural differences in skin types and how they affect pigment retention, healing, and application. Learn to personalize each procedure according to the client’s unique facial shape, skin tone, and texture for the most harmonious result. -
Pre-drawing Basics:
Master the art of pre-drawing with symmetry and balance. Learn how to map brows and lips with precision, taking the client’s bone structure, asymmetries, and expression lines into account. A perfect outcome starts with a perfect outline. -
Hygiene Protocols (A–Z):
Deep dive into sterilization, disposable tools, workstation setup, and skin prep. You’ll learn how to maintain a 100% hygienic environment and ensure client safety at every step. -
Color Theory & Pigmentation Techniques:
Explore pigment science, undertones, and healing outcomes. Learn how to achieve fade-resistant, long-lasting color that heals true — with no unwanted shifts. Whether you're using organic or mineral pigments, you'll gain clarity on how to choose and apply them correctly. -
Stylistic Design:
Discover how to craft custom shapes that enhance natural beauty. Practice designing forms that flatter the client’s features — soft or bold, delicate or structured — all within 10 minutes. -
Equipment & Device Knowledge:
Get hands-on with PMU machines. Learn about different device types, speeds, and needle configurations. Understand how each setting affects pigment delivery, skin trauma, and final results. -
Latex Practice:
Apply everything learned directly onto practice skins (latex), allowing you to refine your hand technique, depth control, pixel creation, and movement rhythm before working on a live model.
